hi everyone! I'm just here to ask on how to improve a chat response? i will be forever great full for all your tip and advise, cause it's very confusing even if i don't get messages from the potential costumers, and I'm very sure that i am the last one who replies them, still my chat response rate are getting low like 66%,

the score must be equal or higher than 85%

Hello! Based on our experience, one of the best way na ginagawa namin para mag-increase yung chat response, try to send voucher and product messages sa mga nag-inquire na customers sa chat or send reviews reminder sa mga buyer na wala pang rate or reviews sa order nila. Hindi instant ang pag-increase pero unti-unti mag-iimprove. This is the way we always do to maintain chat response metrics.
