Ask ko lang po if meron ba drop off station ang ninjavan? May DOP locator ba sila? Ngayon lang kasi ako naka receive ng order na hindi sa lex ang drop off.

Hi Eugene Reyes, Good day! Apologies for the inconveniences po. As of now, wala pa pong drop off station ang Ninja Van, but no worries kasi pwede po natin ipa reship. With this po, may we get the affected order number for us to raise this to the team.

Hi Eugene,
Sa pagkakaalam ko po wala drop-off points ang non-LEX sa lazada. Nagkakaron talaga instance na hindi LEX ang first mile courier natin, kaya kung natagalan bago mapick-up parcels nyo, don't forget to extend the SLA para hindi tayo magkaroon ng penalty store natin or macancell ang order.
