Refund for Sponsored Discovery

Good afternoon, everyone/Patulong naman. Nagtop up kasi ako sa Sponsored discovery kahapon using my store earnings for Php2k. I think nai-submit ko siya twice kasi ang bagal ng internet ko kahapon. Then nung natapos, i was billed twice.

Can I ask for a refund? Ano pa po pwedeng gawin?

You may need to contact our PSC for better assistance and for the matter to be escalated , if need be and to check, if it can be refunded back to your account by the Pertinent Department.
