Ang learnings ko ay patuloy na maging matiyaga at mapagpasalamat. Hindi kalakihan ang kinikita namin pero masaya kami dahil kahit papano na susustentuhan namin ang mga pangangailangan namin. Nakakapangbili pa ko ng gamot ko para sa cancer. Patuloy kaming magiging consistent sa pag rereachout sa mga customers namin para balik-balikan kami!

We started selling at Lazada for the purpose of being available at online. sales were low. we started watching videos from lazada, we started following their advice to participate in all the programs available. now our sales are up. thank you to lazada and all the programs you created for us. Kaya ano pa hinihintay nyo, join and submit na!

1.) Learnings ko po sa 6.6 Mid Year Mega Sale is when I joined all the Campaigns then I attended the Midyear Seller Conference po wherein I recall yung sinasabi ng isa sa mga speakers about "secret sauce" para maiba ka sa ibang sellers, Na apply ko po lahat lahat ng naituro po sa conference and sa Lazada University PH, Malaki po talaga ang naitulong po sa akin from setting up your store hanggang sa dealing with customers pati sa pag join ng mga campaigns especially yung sa sponsored solutions po even on a tight budget, nakita ko po yung difference po talaga.

2.) My strategies po para balik balikan ako ng mga customers ko po is maging truthful and honest po sa mga products/items na binebenta ko po, High quality yet affordable po ang price and yung walang sawang sumagot sa mga makukulit na inquiries po ng mga customers po in a politely manner. Ipaparamdam ko po sa kanila yung same na pag assist sa kanila kapag nasa mall/department store sila is same po dito sa online store po namin.

Oo nga napanood ko rin yung about sa "Secret Sauce", Sana maulit ulit yung mga ganitong klaseng conference tsaka magagaling na speakers like Sir RJ Ledesma and Sir Chinkee Tan.

Seriously, the 6.6 event really helped me a lot. Because of the 6.6 event, my products sold very well, the data traffic got a lot of exposure, and my store got a lot of fans. Because I am a new shop. Thank you LAZADA official. I hope I can do better and better on the platform of LAZADA. thanks。

Being a Lazada Seller for more than a year, the best practice I'd highly recommend is to ALWAYS watch videos from LAZADA UNIVERSITY. We shouldn't assume that we know all things about the platform or just rely on exploring it on our own. Maraming mga info na nabibigay ang mga livestream sessions na hindi natin mababasa at matutuklasan ng tayo lang. Kaya nakatulong talaga sa akin ang pakikinig sa mga live sessions to keep me up to date. Sabi nga nila, you need to know the rules of the game to win! Kaya sa mga ka-sellers dyan, let us all help ourselves and continuously learn by checking the Lazada University vids and courses.

Joining Mega Mid year Campaign sales and other mega campaigns would make you realize na napakalaki ng potential sa pag grow sa Lazada. You need to strategize really well and natutunan ko din na dapat enough ang stocks ko para hindi ma-missout ang mga opportunities. And I'm on a journey in finding a way to lower my price para mas makajoin pa ko sa mas malaking opportunities na inoffer tuwing mega campaigns 😍

To further grow my business, I'll continue learn while adding more products! I aim to own a huge Gift Shop store here in Lazada, kaya I will continue follow the guidelines, and be active in the community so that I can gain more knowledge and help other sellers too!

Before takot akong mag seller sa lazada akala ko ganon kahirap pero nung nag try akong mag upload ng mga items ko gulat ako mula sa pa isa-isang order hanggang sa nadagdagan sya. Malaking tulong po sa akin ang 6.6 sale natin kahit wala akong promotion mas angat talaga ang bilang ng order items ko. Never ko pang na try mga promos to boost my sales pero dahil sa sipag at tyaga kong mg reply sa mga messages ng customers ko pa balik-balik silang umoorder sa shop ko. At kung may problem po sa item I see to it na ipo provide kopo ang kakulangan lalo na po pag sa part ko ang mali.Masarap sa pakiramdam na nagamit nila ang item na binili sa atin. Kaya nakakataba ng puso ang feed back ng mga customers. I remembered first time na my order ako wala akong pouch naka bubblewrap lang buti nalang ni received pa din sa pinag dropped ko. Wag sumuko keep on selling lang po tayo. More sales to each and every one po!!!!

Nag try lang ako sa Lazada magbenta without expecting na magkakaorder ako di ako ngbasa di ako ngaral ng kahit ano basta nagpost lang ganun medyo funny kasi wala akong pouch di ko dn alam pano magbox pero may omorder need ibox agad kaya struggle ko nong una is the drop off point hindi tumatanggap ang Cebuana na malapit samin ng box na parcel discouraged talaga ako at hnd ko nadrop ang unang order ko at hanggang ngayn di ko pa din naaayos ang store ko, hindi na sana ako tutuloy pero may ngassist at nangulit na nakaassign dw s store ko tinuruan nya ako iavail ang campaign lalo na yong seller pics, ang learnings ko is hindi mo kaylangang maging pushy sa pagbebenta pag kaylangan ng tao ang benebenta mo at nagbibigay ka ng value ng hindi ka nakafocus sa sales lang bibili sila pero yng seller pics napakalaking tulong para maboost yng products ko. Ang strategy ko is dinadrop ko on time ang mga orders kahit sabihing isa o 2 lang in a day, iniisip ko lang na kaylangan na nila ang product na yon kaya need ko ng iship agad problema mnsan nadedelay sa shipping na. Nagrereply din ako ng mabilis sa mga inquiries at nilalagay ko sarili ko bilang buyer para alam ko ang feeling na hindi sinasagot sa mga inquiries ko. Ngayon plan kong magreached out sa mga customers para maimproved ko pa ang service ko. Hindi ko na din iniistress ang sarili ko sa mga return or loss parcel I considered them my lost :) at kasama yn talaga sa business mas maraming kaylangang pagtuunan ng pansin. although nong una aminado ako na tinamad na ako kasi ang tagal ng payout ko pero nagtiwala lang ako ngayn ok naman na. Salamat Lazada dahil bilang seller nalibang talaga ako, marami akong natututunan everyday at kumita pa ako sana madami pa kayong matulungang maliliit na seller na tulad ko :) God Bless & More Power

  1. I Learned na totoo ang kasabihan na kung anu itinanim, syang aanihin. Applicable as a seller on other term Kung anu itrinabaho at ginawa ay syang magiging results. Na tulad sa pag tatanim, kung itinanim hindi ibig sabihin bukas may bunga nga, time will tell kung kelan magbubunga ang pinag paguran. konti effort konti benta Dami effort dami benta.

  2. My strategies para sa repeat buyers is having a good quality of my items na makakatulong sa daily livings ni buyer, punctual and be responsive sa inquiries on time. send also thank you message mapa-card or virtual message, send also a vouchers for discounts para ma-atrract

  1. Our 6.6 sale was not a big hit compared to last year's 6.6 campaign when I looked back at the data. But that is fine since we got more orders comparing from the 5.5 sale. While we're thankful enough sa turn out of orders, what we can do is to put more assortment or products to attract more buyers in the next campaign. Our preparation is good enough in terms of preparing the stocks and putting more variations. Like in the past mega campaigns, as much as we can, we packed and fulfill orders immediately so buyers can receive their orders asap at yun sales or kita bumalik agad sa amin. The use of sponsored discovery should be timely and strategic too. We know that most buyers have their minds setup on what to buy during any campaign several days before it happens so we put the SD top up the weekend before the campaign.

  2. To gain more loyal customers, we offer quality products, partner it with excellent customer service and 100% on-time delivery. We treat customer nicely in chat engagement and we put some 'bola effect" to establish connections with buyers. Most of the time, these strategies resulted to repeat buyers and there are instances they recommend us to their friends and relatives too.

Bago pa lang po ako sa lazada at ang learnings ko po ay maging matyaga sa pagaayos ng mga product para mas madaling makita ng mga costumer. Kahit bago pa lang po ako positibo po ako na magiging malaking tulong sa aming pamilya ang lazada. Masaya po ako at excited habang sumasali po ako sa 6.6 mid year mega sale.

Ang strategy ko po para balik balikan ang aking shop ay ang maglagay ng very competitive price, quality products, make more followers thru other social media and make my costumer happy by giving them the best service they will have.

I learned many things before, during & after 6.6; first, obey VKAM manager, thanks to Mam Jesel who always reminding me to join campaigns, promotions & many more. Second, Focus sa goal and think positive that 6.6 will generate more income, and it did on my part. nakabili ako ng bagong computer set & my worth 1ook product have been sold out. Third, being prepared, before magstart ang 6.6 dapat ayos na lahat ang shop at stocks and materials for packing. Lastly, pray it works. :)

for me, para babalikan ka talaga ng mga buyers, i always make sure that the item being shipped was correct, no damage and pack well. being honest sa mga buyers and let them know na what u see in my shop is what u get. i think giving free gift to their orders will do.

the 6.6 is super memorable for me nag kaorder ako s account ko ng 150 parcels second day 100 parcel up to 3rd day another 100 parcels bukod sa kumita ako e nkatulong ako sa mga hipag ko dahil tinulongan nila ako mag packs binigyan ko sila s a little token or cash pandagdag sa budget nila for 3days a big thank you lazada. not only sa shop kundi n din s ibang tao i wish someday n mas lumakas pa shop ko pra maging stay na sila na tutulong skin at tuloy tuloy din source of income nila

more more more benta pa para sa laht ng seller na gaya ko at thank you so much sa buong team ng lazada

6.6 Mega Sale is the best mega campaigns na nasalihan ko sa Lazada sobrang memorable talaga first time maka attend ng conference na nakapagpaboost din talaga ng confidence ko to meet a successful co-sellers and mga entrepreneurships na meron ka talaga matutunan and dito ko na experience first time magkapay out ng 6 digits😍sobrang sarap ng feelings yun pagod & puyat sa pagpapack hinde ko maramdaman dati iniisip ko pano ko ma reach magkapay out ng 6 digits and now granted talaga..Lahat imposible mangyari basta sasamahan ng tiyaga,sipag and tiwala kay God..Tamang strategies sa pagsali sa mga promotions is sobra din nakatulong para magkaron ng traffic and encouragement sa mga buyers..Of course importante din to have a good quality product para babalik-balikan yun product mo I tried my very best para ma maintain ko ito kse once na satisfied palagi yun customer sa product mo hanap-hanapin nila ito.I think this is one of mg best strategies to meet na customer satisfaction always😍.More...more...benta to come and Thank you so much Lazada🥰😍

Joining 6.6 Campaign really boost our confidence and our sales. We are all aware that the sales went down for the past weeks and some of the seller were really affected and we are not exempted to this. The 6.6 sales made us realized that if you will not give up , there will always be rainbow after the rain and at the end of the rainbow there are golds(our sales). Indeed, sales like 6.6 are our Rainbow after the rain. Just like us, it is not as simple as 1,2,3 most of the times you need to count until you reach your target number of sales. (meaning be patient ha ha ha). Discovery and Affilates also is the key to our rainbow to market our product. Keep counting sellers and pray harder. To God be the Glory!!!

It is my honor to join the 6.6 Mid-Year Lazada Sale ! It is my first year to opt-in Lazada and also same for Mid-Year Sale.

I get a lot of trouble, like how to pack my parcel well and i dont have Lazada pouch to pack my parcel. And also for the drop-off poin cant accecpt the bulky... and so on in Mid-Year. But i meet the Lazada profeesional customer services center, they help me out with patience and kindness. They do a lot for me and i am really high appreciate it.

Hope Lazada will be larger and greater and hope all of the seller can reach a greater succeed in their Lazada travel.

I actually celebrating my first year anniversary in Lazada together with the 6.6 Mid-Year Lazada Mega Sale!

Parang last year lang isa ako sa mga naging unemployed dahil sa pandemic pero ngayon everyday is working day dahil tuluy-tuloy ang mga blessings na handog ni Lazada. Isa sa mga bagay na katulong sakin ay ang mga tips na nakuha ko from my fellow sellers. Agad ko ding sinigurado na magiging qualified ako for LazTop before the campaign dahil alam kong makakatulong ito na pagkatiwalaan ako ng mga customers.  I’ll make sure na qualified ako lagi for LazTop for me to build loyal customers aside from giving good & quality service.

Just want to share our 6.6 journey with my ka-sellers here! I'm so thankful and grateful dahil naging part ako ng LAZADA Philippines, sobrang laking tulong sa aming kabuhayan, minsan mahina ang sales pero laban lang walang sukuan - lalong lalo na pag may mega sale!

3 weeks before the campaig, pinanood ko uli yung mga different lazada university videos on how to fulfill orders/ engage with customers pati na din ang iba't-ibang promotional tools that we can use. Yung iba second time ko ng pinanood just to make sure na tama ba din ang alam at ina-apply ko sa aking store.

To keep my customers from ordering, tinatansiya ko to have both freebies at vouchers - depende sa kanilang order/s.

One of the big learnings ko from 6.6 is that mapapadali ang order fulfillment with the right preparation. I used the number of oders placed sa mga nakaaraang mega campaigns na sinalihan ko to dictate the # of stocks para sa 6.6 I wrapped most of my products in bubble wrap about days prior para when the order comes in all I have to do is to collate the products and wrap. Less Hassle, more time to deliver on the same day.

In terms of keeping my customers loyal, I always give excellent customer service. Dapat prompt sa pagsagot sa customer chats dahil every chat can be converted to a sale.
