1. Customers can collect Laz coins only once? or every time they review a product?

2. You mentioned that we can give vouchers to improve ratings and reviews, are these the same regular vouchers that they can collect whenever they visit our store? Or is there another way for sellers to give vouchers "Only for those customers who left a review"?

3. The review reminder option:

3.1 Does it automatically send messages to customers?

3.2 When does it send messages to the customers? Is there a fixed day or date?

3.3 Is there a way to track which customers they've sent it to?

4 Are there other ways to entice customers to leave a review aside from giving them coins and vouchers?

May bug po ba site nyo? bt laging nagkakaron ng stocks ung mga listings ko na naka out of stock? nagugulat n lng ako may order eh, penalty lage eh, sna magawan ng paraan

@MARGIEBENOSAI don't understand po why CEM is involved here where in the first place my question was the reviews tab button which you can find by going here Home-Orders-Reviews-Reviews Reminder. However, according po sa alam natin, walang review reminder sa apat na choices which are Store new Customers, Customers with Items to Cart Customers with unpaid orders, Customers with Items in Wishlist. So how can I send a review invitation to these customers kung wala naman sya sa pagpipiliian?

To answer your question in regards with the review reminder option:

  1. Yes. for Delivered orders after 7days

  1. It will be sent once delivered na ang order. There is no fixed date since this will depend on the courier tagging the order as "delivered".

  2. None.

The reason why I included the CEM is because it has a feature where you can reach out to these buyers to ask for a reviews.

Aligned with your question about the voucher po, we dont have an option to create one that is specifically made for customers that has made a review. One way is to use CEM, as mentioned it has different scenarios such as';

Store new Customers

Customers with Items to Cart

Customers with unpaid orders

Customers with Items in Wishlist

To summarize the answers with your questions po, it does not automatically send messages since you are the one who will proactively reach out to the buyers/followers depending on the scenarios of CEM.

Hello po. @MARGIEBENOSA UUlitin ko po yung mga tanong para po mas malinaw nyong masagot.

1 Vouchers: There are different kinds of vouchers. Ang tanong ko po pwede bang mag create or mag bigay ng vouchers sa mga taong "nag leave ng review sa store namin" eto yung mga vouchers na hindi mo makikita sa tindahan ko, hindi available sa lahat. Otherwise if I gave people vouchers that can be seen and collected at my store it defeats the purpose of my customers feeling rewarded dahil available sa lahat yung vouchers. Yung store follower voucher po kasi na sinasabi nyo is basically from the name itself pag nag follow sa store. Eh paano kung follower mo na sya at nagamit na nya yung store follower voucher at bumili uli sya sa store?

2 Review Reminder Tab - Sa CEM po walang ko nakikita na pwede ka mag send ng messages sa lahat ng customer mo to review. Ang meron lang ay Store new Customers, Customers with Items to Cart, Customers with unpaid orders, Customers with Items in Whislist. I think outdated na yang nasa link na binigay nyo. Pag nag scroll down ka makikita mo yung engamenet tools. Isa na dun yung review tools pag nag click ka dun dito ang punta mo HOME>ORDERS>MANAGE REVIEWS kung nandyan na ko sa tab na yan uulitin ko ang mga tanong sa itaas.

  1. Customer can collect coins as much as they can.

    You can earn LazCoins through:

    LazGame (Lazgames are only available on android devices due to iOS app requirements)

    Missions

    Livestreams

    Rewards at the Order Page

    Campaign Check-In

  2. In regards naman po with the Voucher, Yes po. Promotion can help us entice more buyers, through this, we can secure that the visibility of our product and shop will increase. The good thing about Lazada, we can choose whether to create Regular Voucher or join Voucher Campaign.

    The difference of these two is that, on regular voucher, Seller can decide how much discount they can accommodate. For Voucher Campaign naman po, Lazada will provide terms and condition like the discount we should offer.

    To add, If you wish to give Voucher to your dear buyers, you can create Voucher under Store Follower.

    Simply login to Lazada Seller Center, go to Promotions, and then click Seller Voucher. Click Create New Voucher. Enter all of the necessary details and make sure that the voucher is set to Store Follower.

    3.1 If you create Voucher, you can send it po sa mga followers ng shop through CEM (Customer Engagement Management)

    3.2 There is no exact date and time to send messages since you are the one po na makikipag interact sa mga buyer. Please note that if you create voucher under Store Follower, the system will notify the buyer that they can collect voucher if they follow your store.

    3.3 Visible po sa CEM ang mga sinendan natin ng Voucher.

  4. Aside on getting coins if they leave review, it is also helpful that we shipped items that we know our buyers would be happy to received. You can also consider the prices of our product. Please note that in order to secure good reviews, we must satisty our buyer with our shipped parcels.
