Isa na dun yung review tools pag nag click ka dun dito ang punta mo HOME&gt;ORDERS&gt;MANAGE REVIEWS kung nandyan na ko sa tab na yan uulitin ko ang mga tanong sa itaas.1 Does it automatically send messages to customers?2 When does it send messages to the customers? Tanong ko lang po new seller po ako nag try ako mag flash sale just today March 6 2022, however nag tataka ko kung bakit walang benta kasi kahit walang flash sale mabenta yung isa kong item. Pang check ko sa lazada website. naka lagay Out of Stock, 9 out of 10 items ang Out of Stock na naka flash sale. Bakit po kaya? Nangyari na po ba ito sa inyo? Salamat sa sasagot. I made sure naman na deep yung inventories na ilalagay duon plus hindi papayag si lazada na mag lagay ng OS items. Thanks sa sasagot.

Good day! I have Seller Free Shipping capped at 50 when the order value reaches 999. There is a program now called "FREE SHIPPING MAX PROGRAM FOR EXCLUSIVE SELLERS". My question is: Can I join this program together with my seller free shipping? If yes which one will apply when customers buy? Or should I deactivate my Seller free shipping and join this program?. Hi, I would just like to clarify: Lazada is asking me to join Lazada Bonus it says Php50 for every Php500, co-funding 50% seller/platform.1. So ang ibig sabihin ba nito pag nag purchase is customer ng worth Php500 sagot ko ang Php 25 and Php 25 kay Lazada for a total of Php50? or Php 50 sakin and Php 50 kay Lazada for a total of Php100?. 2. How about my own vouchers? Meron kasi ako regular voucher, store follower voucher and stackable voucher aside from that meron din akong shipping fee discount of Php 50 for Php 999. Anong vouchers ang mag aaply if ever example bumili ang customer ng 3 items sa store ko lang worth Php 1200? I've read the lazada bonus program pero hindi ko napansin about shipping discounts.

Your OVL (Order Volume Limit) is the maximum number of orders that your shop can receive in a day. Once your shop hits its daily OVL, your items will no longer be visible on the buyer website, and you will stop receiving orders until the next day.

In regards with your question, sa Store nyo po mag aapply ang OVL. Please also note that Lazada is sending alerts to all Sellers for us to better understand the importance of "not" cancelling orders. 
OVL will affect your Campaign Participation in terms of receiving orders that's why we really encourage our Sellers na kung ilan lang po ang onhand stocks nyo, yun lang din po ang i-declare sa shop to ensure that all orders received will be catered at maiwasan nating mag cancel ng orders o macancel-an tayo ng orders due to out of stock reason.
