What to do with Order Volume Limit?

Good afternoon, fellow Lazada sellers. Got this notification today. Ano ba ang dapat gawin?

Good day ka Seller...

chat psc and ask what cancellation you made in your store...they will send you the screen shot of your cancellation together with the order number....then it is time for you to check if you did cancellation or it's the buyer's request cancellation. In that case, you can now ask the psc to please do the removal of your OVL or lift your order volume limit.

Other case of OVL if when your store did not received orders for the past 7-14 days or no packed orders for the past 7-14 days...your ovl will reset by midnight with 3 orders a day.

I have the same concern.
Check nyo ang inyong OVL status. then makikita nyo dun ang reason why and up to when bago ma-lift.

Up to now, waiting pa din ako ng lifting ng OVL... past 14 days na, every Monday daw kasi.

OVL ang tawag dyan . Kaya ka nagkaganyan ay dahil sa sobrang tagal ng items mo na di na shishiped or kaya cancel ka ng cancel ng order.
