Hello Fellow Sellers,Good day. Hope everyone is doing great today.May question lang po ako. May customer kasi na nagchecked out ng order with two(2) different products. Pero, ang bawat product maramihan (ex: product #1 x 3, product #2 x 8). Worried lang ako kasi upon checking ng profile nya, 0 successful delivery and rate as in new account palang. I tried to contact the buyer pero hindi nagrereply. nababasa naman nya ang mga messages ko. Ano po kaya ang dapat gawin? Ok lang ba na i-cancel ko ang order nya ano naman po ang epekto sa performance ko? Mukhang BOGUS buyer kasi ang ganitong transaction.Salamat po and God bless. Keep safe everyone!
