Lazada Pickup - Automatically allowing Ninja Van

Note: Seller from the other online store trying to transition to Lazada

Consulting everyone on what we can do moving forward. Baka matulungan nio kami mga inzan.

We are a small store with a consistent market trying to shift to Lazada, but the biggest challenge we have so far here is the system automatically allowing other couriers to pickup outside of the couriers we've identified through the settings at the seller center.

Tried everything, chatting ADA, consulting customer support chat, sending a complaint form to no avail. This is NOT the case we are familiar with on the other platform, which is actually easy, since we only have one functioning delivery courier on our area (province) and all our pickup orders are handled by J&T. For some reason, Lazada identified Ninja Van as a First Mile 3PL, noting that the closest Ninja Van office here is 100km away (no joke). This has been the case for a year already - the end result, we end up having 50% of our orders not picked up, and our resolve to place our efforts as seller on lazada dwindling little by little.

Electronic Protection automatically added on my item

Hi I was testing out in buying my own product (Google Nest Hub) and I noticed that Lazada automatically add an Igloo Electronic Protection when I was trying to check out, without any option to choose if you want it or not. I do not remember putting that when I add/manage my product. Can it be removed?

Help changing "Drop-off" to "Pick-up" settings. Settings > Shipping Provider > Change first mile type button is DISABLED.

RESOLVED: after reaching out with live agent, we learnt that shipping provider is currently disabled until December 13, 2023 due to running mega campaign.

Hi, I'm trying to change our shipping option from drop-off to pick-up, but the actions button are all disabled and not clickable. Any idea how to fix this?

How to connect Lazada to ERP system like Big Seller

Hello been authorizing and connecting lazada seller to my Big Seller which is an ERP system. However by using email and password, it's always giving me ;password does not match ; error. When I try to log in Lazada seller account, it is also only allowing me to log in when i use sms otp or log in via lazada member app. How can i successfuly connect my lazada seller if there is no other option to authorize it other by using email and password.
