Good day! Ask ko lang po if may penalty po ba pag ni click ko yung request for withdrawal ng items ko sa campaign before yung campaign period? Tumaas po kasi ang price ng item and yung campaign sale price is mas mababa pa sa cost ng item. May need pa po bang gawin?

Ako I learned na best talaga to invest on sponsored solutions to increase store traffic and sales. Dati kasi di ko pinapasin yun...now kitang kita ko na mas madami benta this year vs 12.12 last year. :)
1. Customers can collect Laz coins only once? or every time they review a product?
2. You mentioned that we can give vouchers to improve ratings and reviews, are these the same regular vouchers that they can collect whenever they visit our store? Or is there another way for sellers to give vouchers "Only for those customers who left a review"?
3. The review reminder option:
3.1 Does it automatically send messages to customers?
3.2 When does it send messages to the customers? Is there a fixed day or date?
3.3 Is there a way to track which customers they've sent it to?
4 Are there other ways to entice customers to leave a review aside from giving them coins and vouchers?
