Inactive account - How to reactivate

Hello to my fellow sellers in this community. Question po.

Automatic bang ma-dedeactivate ang Lazada seller account kapag inactive na sya for a while (60–90 days inactive)? If so, paano po ba sya i-reactivate?

How to improve New product visibility

Hello po, new seller po sa lazada. currently nag add po ako ng product kaso upong checking po nung triny ko i.search yung item hindi po lumalabas yung item ko. any tips po ano pwede gawin to increase product visibility?

New Seller, Courier not picking up my item.

Digital Goods Whitelisting approval

Hello i hope anyone here answers my question,.

  1. Should i necessary to submit complete Business Document to approved my application for whitelisting of my digital goods product?. i am a new seller of digital goods.

  2. Or before i apply for whitelisting my digital good should i need to submitted first my business document before apply for whitelisting.

New Product Cannot be posted

Hello! Can anyone help me? I have this new product I want to post it in my shop and it's a branded product owned by another company. However, I am a legit seller of this product and I have all the documents as proof. My concern is I can't post it in my product list because an error keeps on popping up saying "The product I'm posting is prohibited to sell in Lazada." which confuse me because I already saw this kind of product posted in the Lazada shop. The sad part is those unknown sellers copied everything from photos with my brand name up to descriptions, yet I, as a legit seller with the brand already approved by Lazada cannot post those items. I already emailed this to Lazada customer service many times but until now I haven't received any explanation.

I really hope someone can help me here and resolve this problem. I also posted another branded product in my shop and I don't have any problem with those products.

What is TTS, RTS? and other acronyms?

Medyo nako-confuse po ako sa mga acronyms sa Seller Center. Di ko po kasi matandaan lahat.

TTS, RTS, DOP, OVL, 3PL, etc.

Converting Add to cart into sales

Good day sellers:

This 12.12 was one of the biggest spike in page views and inquiries from clients I have had in my 6 months of going full-time selling on Lazada; on the days leading to the actual sales (teasing phase) I received over 15 add to carts, and checking my product history over 35 added to cart in 7 days. I was very excited in anticipation of the day of the sale but unfortunately only 7 out of the 35 total add to cart customers pushed through with their purchase.

Does anyone have any strategies to increase conversion rates? I have looked into joining the flash sales but as of this time there is none available. I look forward to increasing my conversion rates this coming December tech sales.

About 10 minutes prior to writing this question I created a voucher redeemable for 10 people in hopes of converting those people who added to cart to purchase. Maybe I'm doing something wrong or am overlooking something.

Any help or input would be much appreciated.

Lazada Pickup - Automatically allowing Ninja Van

Note: Seller from the other online store trying to transition to Lazada

Consulting everyone on what we can do moving forward. Baka matulungan nio kami mga inzan.

We are a small store with a consistent market trying to shift to Lazada, but the biggest challenge we have so far here is the system automatically allowing other couriers to pickup outside of the couriers we've identified through the settings at the seller center.

Tried everything, chatting ADA, consulting customer support chat, sending a complaint form to no avail. This is NOT the case we are familiar with on the other platform, which is actually easy, since we only have one functioning delivery courier on our area (province) and all our pickup orders are handled by J&T. For some reason, Lazada identified Ninja Van as a First Mile 3PL, noting that the closest Ninja Van office here is 100km away (no joke). This has been the case for a year already - the end result, we end up having 50% of our orders not picked up, and our resolve to place our efforts as seller on lazada dwindling little by little.

Parang wala naman nag aasikaso sa form ng whitelisting for Digital Goods kaya andaming sellers di nakakapasok at ginagawa nalang Delivered By Seller yung product nila.

Drop off problem

Kakaopen kopo ng store ko sa lazada and may mga nag order narin naipack kona din po yung mga orders nila sa box. My problem is the dropoff kukunin po ba ni lex ph ang mga orders sa bahay namin?or hindi po? And about po sa mga labels na ipriprint ako din po ba ang mag priprint ng mga ito? Tia
