Meron ba nakaka experience dito na lahat ng digital goods sa lazada app hindi nakikita kahit sa store page mo kapag e view all product mo unless meron kang direct link pero kung sa chrome (mobile or computer) or desktop nakikita naman po lahat pinindut ko ang product tab ,sa lazada app lang talaga ayaw mag show ng mga digital goods product ko ,pahelp po kung anong solution.
Hello question lang po kapag po ba yung item naka karton na need pa po ba ulet ilagay pa ulet sa box kasi parang dalawang box na po kung sakali. Monitor po kasi yung item tapos yung box nya printed po nandon yung picture ng monitor and kung anong brand. Medyo na confuse po kasi ako kasi baka hindi rin pwede kay lazada yung ganon kailangan ata plain lang yung cover. Thanks po
Hi. I am a new seller here. I would like to ask where can I get the Lazada pouches? There is a drop shipping near my residence, I asked where can I get the Lazada pouches since I have an order for shipping. The drop shipping agent said they dont have any.
Do I need to buy Lazada pouches? Where? How much po? Do Lazada provides/sells boxes?

Hi I was testing out in buying my own product (Google Nest Hub) and I noticed that Lazada automatically add an Igloo Electronic Protection when I was trying to check out, without any option to choose if you want it or not. I do not remember putting that when I add/manage my product. Can it be removed?
Hello! Can anyone help me? I have this new product I want to post it in my shop and it's a branded product owned by another company. However, I am a legit seller of this product and I have all the documents as proof. My concern is I can't post it in my product list because an error keeps on popping up saying "The product I'm posting is prohibited to sell in Lazada." which confuse me because I already saw this kind of product posted in the Lazada shop. The sad part is those unknown sellers copied everything from photos with my brand name up to descriptions, yet I, as a legit seller with the brand already approved by Lazada cannot post those items. I already emailed this to Lazada customer service many times but until now I haven't received any explanation.
I really hope someone can help me here and resolve this problem. I also posted another branded product in my shop and I don't have any problem with those products.
