Paano po kayo nagtatrack ng in-and-out ng orders kapag volume ang orders? Paano niyo po natratrack failed delivery na successfully returned and failed delivery na naging lost parcel na.
Hello sellers in this community! Has anyone experienced this when uploading new products? Any solutions to this? I already filed a report regarding another product and they published it. But this keeps popping up when I try to upload and I have to email them everytime.

We are a small store with a consistent market trying to shift to Lazada, but the biggest challenge we have so far here is the system automatically allowing other couriers to pickup outside of the couriers we've identified through the settings at the seller center.
Tried everything, chatting ADA, consulting customer support chat, sending a complaint form to no avail. This is NOT the case we are familiar with on the other platform, which is actually easy, since we only have one functioning delivery courier on our area (province) and all our pickup orders are handled by J&T. For some reason, Lazada identified Ninja Van as a First Mile 3PL, noting that the closest Ninja Van office here is 100km away (no joke). This has been the case for a year already - the end result, we end up having 50% of our orders not picked up, and our resolve to place our efforts as seller on lazada dwindling little by little.

Taytay rizal ako tapos may umorder sa shop ko sept. 17 at the same date na drop off ko na sa pinaka malapit na drop-off station which is malapit lang samin (pwede lakarin) eh taga cainta rizal lang yung umorder ang lapit lang. then na pick up ng lex ph sept. 21 tapos dinala sa san pedro, ang tagal bago ma kuha ng mag dedeliver inabot pa ng 3-4 araw bago nila makuha at sa san pedro sorting station pa napunta ung item. pwede kaya na yung mag dedeliver is taga cainta nalang para mabilis ma deliver sa buyer?
There is a video in Lazada University giving tips on how to use OBS (change background, transition, etc) very technical but you'll learn a lot definitely. What I can't figure out is how to connect the OBS to my LazLive?
I can't find both in Seller Center and Lazada (my profile) page. Hope you can help.
we've been joining all lazada's campaign , free shipping,vouchers,flexi combo, sponsored solutions.But advertising costs far exceed my profits. No improvement in traffic and conversion rate. It made my store lose money.

Even though there are troubles of shipping , pick ups and concern from different buyer it didn’t matter because i have a dream for my family and and i want to see through that even if your just a small time seller you can buy food in the table , treat your love ones from your small sales and Pay bills from your hardwork as a seller . 9.9 for me is not so much sales but much lessons for me that i need to surpass these challenges , it made my self strong and detailed to different campaigns and providing vouchers to customers , treat them well and have a lot of empathy because they are my bread and butter , as well as be a quality control manager to your product making sure they are safe and well presented in the eyes , i want to Inspire all my co - laz seller that we need to be humble and appreciative to any amount that we received , lift up our co- seller and be mindful to our buyers all the time . And last Don’t Give Up We Are Not into the Exciting part , There’s more in Lazada 😊 10.10 is resback time . Asking for help po baka po alam niyo panu i-sset ang COD option. Kasi po everytime i viewed my seller item naka indicate po sa right side na "COD is available kapag na reached daw yong certain amount. Paanu kaya yon? Salamat po sa sasagot.
