What should we do if the orders are overdue due to the accumulation of orders and the delay in the distribution of logistics vehicles?

Not the slow kind. You don't come to pick it up for a day or two. Warehouse orders are large, if they have been packed and not picked up, or not picked up in time for a long time, it will cause serious accumulation of parcels, which will have a great impact on the store. No ninja van drop off stations near me

Hi po, 1st order ko po kase and yung naka lagay sakin is Ninja Van for drop off. Sinearch ko po kung san ko pwede ma drop off, tapos "Drop off is not available for Ninja Pack users". So paano ko po to ma shiship? Or paano ko po i change na sana for pick up nalang po ng Ninja Van? Wala kase options naka lagay na kung saan pipili sana ako na for pick up nalang. Pa help po. New seller here.

Hello!
Can someone enlighten me, I am new here in Lazada as a seller, literally just posted my 1st item a day ago.
Items posted have 1 to 10 stocks on hand depending on the item but as I've checked it on the app it seems all of the items listed are out of stock. what can I do to resolve this?

Hello Lazadians,

First time asking here. Yung LSS Levels ba once unlocked will never go back (unlike the Store Levels)? Since it's inception, our SS performance have weakened considerably.

I cant post my new product

Hello! Can anyone help me? I have this new product I want to post it in my shop and it's a branded product owned by another company. However, I am a legit seller of this product and I have all the documents as proof. My concern is I can't post it in my product list because an error keeps on popping up saying "The product I'm posting is prohibited to sell in Lazada." which confuse me because I already saw this kind of product posted in the Lazada shop. The sad part is those unknown sellers copied everything from photos with my brand name up to descriptions, yet I, as a legit seller with the brand already approved by Lazada cannot post those items. I already emailed this to Lazada customer service many times but until now I haven't received any explanation.

I really hope someone can help me here and resolve this problem. I also posted another branded product in my shop and I don't have any problem with those products.
