hello sino po dito yung nag apply for digital product whitelisting? Tanong lang po ilang days po ba yung approval pag nag apply? Kasi yung sa akin mag 3 months na po kasi follow up ako ng follow up sa PSC pero palaging reply sa akin na wait lang daw ako ng email sa assign team pero ni isang email wala akong natangap. complete naman yung docs ko tsaka may reseller rights licensed naman ako sinubmit bakit po kaya antagal? may team po ba talaga na assign dyan? lazada ano na? ginagawa ng staff nyo?

Ask ko sana na kung papano ba maalis si lex as courier na magcater saken, before kasi ngpipick up naman sila ng parcels saken, 2-3 vans a day ang nagiikot, nagagalit pa nga un isang van kapag naunahan ng isa. hindi man ganun kadami un parcels ko nasa 3-5 parcels a day recently, biglang ng drop off ung option ng shipping saken for lex. eh dati halos 1 parcel lang sa 1 week kinukuha naman, kung kailan mas marami na per day saka naging ganun.
mag ask ako na alisin nalang sana si lex, kung ndi kaya magpick up, kasi may other shipping provider naman like jnt, ninja van and flash. wala naman kasi akong man power to drop off, at sinsabi na drop off station na within 5km nasa liblib na lugar. 5km sya if ndi ka dadaan sa pinaka hi-way, pero kung sa looban naman dadaan matataga na sa trike ang bayad. malalaki din kasi usually ung items na order saken.
bakit kasi pinipilit pa na lex kung ndi naman kaya ni lex magpick-up?

Items posted have 1 to 10 stocks on hand depending on the item but as I've checked it on the app it seems all of the items listed are out of stock. what can I do to resolve this?
