Reject a Return Item

Hello. If I rejected a return item from a customer, the reason is that the item that I sent is correct, can the customer contest? What would happen if that is the case? Thank you!

Good eve mga co-seller. Ask ko lang ano po Ibig sabihin ng pera na nasa TO RELEASE? Hanggang ngayon di ko pa alam or wala ako Idea kong received item naba ito ng mga buyer kaya to released or lahat na ito kasama ang mga to ship palang na item. Newbie here. Salamat sa sasagot po. Godbless !

What are your experiences sa SD?

Mga ka-seller, have you experienced na mauubos ang SD mo pero wala kang nakuhang sales?

1500 daily budget 84views? Cpc up to 4 pesos? Tapos no sales?

This is the first time na nangyari sakin to. Masigla ang Store ko earning 5k to 10k a day, tapos pag mahina ang sales minimum ko 3k saka ako gumagamit ng SD.

Meron ako lahat, SD, SS, FSM, Cash back, Voucher, Combo etc lahat na ata meron ako. Plus outstanding din ang Store ko.. Pero this past days, sobrang hina, bakit po kaya? Naka SD ka na less than 100 views padin.

Drop off problem

Kakaopen kopo ng store ko sa lazada and may mga nag order narin naipack kona din po yung mga orders nila sa box. My problem is the dropoff kukunin po ba ni lex ph ang mga orders sa bahay namin?or hindi po? And about po sa mga labels na ipriprint ako din po ba ang mag priprint ng mga ito? Tia

Order rejecting - COD

Hello po, I receive po from buyer, requesting to cancel her order. But communicated via Chat, ang problem, naka ship no po yung item - COD. I have already advised her na ang pag cancel po ng order is to execute from her side.

Pwede ko ba i-advise sa seller kung she's really decided to cancel it, to just reject the item pag dating? at magiging negative feedback ba sa store yung ganitong cases (buyer rejecting items)?

Failed delivery - order returned by buyer

May bumalik po na item ordered last Jan 26th, dumating and item Feb 7 (10days) sa buyer,

Sa logistics logs it says "refused to accept item"

I got it back Feb 14, 2022 (7days) the item is sealed and unopened. mag hi-hit ba ang store stats ko because it this incident?
