can i block a buyer?

pwede ko ba i-block ang buyer? 1st order nya sakin 1 item. nung dumating sa house nila, kinancel nya. then after 2 weeks, umorder ulit ng 3 items separately. prinocess ko since baka di na maulit pag cancel nya. ayun na nga, nung dumating sa last hub for delivery na kinabukasan, biglang kinancel ulit yung 3. then umorder ulit after ilang days, ibang size naman. ako na nagcancel coz alam ko na mangyayari. now, eto na naman sya, umorder ulit ngayon, different design and size. ika-cancel ko ulit to. pwede ko ba syang i-block since hindi na maganda ginagawa nya sa seller? baka di lang sakin ginagagawa ito. thank you!

MALI YUNG PRICE NACHECKOUT, HOW TO CANCEL

Product launch failed

Since I want to re-publish new pricing, I want to delete it and then upload it again. The SKU is fixed. One SKU entered into the system corresponds to one product, so I can't change it. Now I can't upload it. It shows that there is a copy of the SKU. I'm very distressed. OVL Question about dropshipping

Lazada's Algorithm

Good am!

Ask ko lang if meron dito na pwede mag-explain on how Lazada's algorithm works? Yung dati naming benta 12 to 20 items per day naging 1 to 2 na lang per day. Same budget naman ang pineplace namin for Sponsored Solutions. Nagsimula ito last week pa. Unusual po kasi sa min to.

If not the algorithm ano kayang ibang factors sa low sales namin?

Receipts - What is the best practice?

Good day to all. PTPA.

May tanong po ako regarding sa pagreresibo. Ano ba ang best practice na mas ok and mas madali for sellers whose daily orders is around the average of 50?

1. Per customer/order ( bago i-arrange ang items for shipment)

- ang concern ko lang dito medyo mahirap magmanual. Tumatagal din ang pagbabalot, madaling maubos and papel para sa resibo, tapos ang daming failed delivery na naresibohan na. Pano kaya un?

2. Total daily sales ( 1 receipt ) - ok lang ba ito if wala naman nanghingi lagi ng resibo? Pwede kaya i-separate na lang yung nanghingi ng S.I tapos ung ibang order i-total nalang para isahang resibo na lang?

3. Total delivered parcels daily. -parang ito ang pinaka okay since sure sales na ito?

FSM Limit per Buyers

Hello Ka-Sellers,

Me first time buyer na umoorder sa store ko, me FSM badge yung item. Pag nag chechecout yung customer, di naclaclaim yung SF discount. Me limit ba yung FSM kung nakaclaim na siya ng FSM sa ibang store?
