How to do LazLive via OBS

There is a video in Lazada University giving tips on how to use OBS (change background, transition, etc) very technical but you'll learn a lot definitely. What I can't figure out is how to connect the OBS to my LazLive?

I can't find both in Seller Center and Lazada (my profile) page. Hope you can help.

I have a customer who ordered an item, then sent a message to cancel

I have a customer who ordered an item, then after a few minutes, receive a message request to cancel her order. I tried connecting to the user using lazada message didn't reply, I continued to do so many times. So I tried calling my customer - finally got connected I found, out thru her voice, that she's just an early teen. - long story short, I requested a cancel request to OVL 2 x, with captured SMS and message. didn't have a reply.

However, I got an automatic cancellation by the application, hitting my stats.

Suspicious or Bogus Buyer

Hello Fellow Sellers,

Good day. Hope everyone is doing great today.

May question lang po ako. May customer kasi na nagchecked out ng order with two(2) different products. Pero, ang bawat product maramihan (ex: product #1 x 3, product #2 x 8). Worried lang ako kasi upon checking ng profile nya, 0 successful delivery and rate as in new account palang. I tried to contact the buyer pero hindi nagrereply. nababasa naman nya ang mga messages ko. Ano po kaya ang dapat gawin? Ok lang ba na i-cancel ko ang order nya ano naman po ang epekto sa performance ko? Mukhang BOGUS buyer kasi ang ganitong transaction.

If I am a new seller, is it possible to change from drop-off to pick-up? Or maybe change the service provider to J&T? Since there is a J&T drop-off near my house.

Bakit hindi ko na maactivate ung product na nadeactivate ko before due to lack of stocks but now gusto ko na ulit syang iactivate pero null yan po ang nalabas

What are your experiences sa SD?

Mga ka-seller, have you experienced na mauubos ang SD mo pero wala kang nakuhang sales?

1500 daily budget 84views? Cpc up to 4 pesos? Tapos no sales?

This is the first time na nangyari sakin to. Masigla ang Store ko earning 5k to 10k a day, tapos pag mahina ang sales minimum ko 3k saka ako gumagamit ng SD.

Meron ako lahat, SD, SS, FSM, Cash back, Voucher, Combo etc lahat na ata meron ako. Plus outstanding din ang Store ko.. Pero this past days, sobrang hina, bakit po kaya? Naka SD ka na less than 100 views padin.

Good eve mga co-seller. Ask ko lang ano po Ibig sabihin ng pera na nasa TO RELEASE? Hanggang ngayon di ko pa alam or wala ako Idea kong received item naba ito ng mga buyer kaya to released or lahat na ito kasama ang mga to ship palang na item. Newbie here. Salamat sa sasagot po. Godbless !

Wrong Return Item

Hello po! I need help po. Since po ang napasok sa system ko ay failed delivery, automatic po ibabalik sa akin bilang seller po. Ngayon po yung item na bumalik sa akin ay hindi na po yung kung ano yung pinadala ko. One thing pa po dalawang rider daw po ang nagpunta sa buyer dahil kinausap namin si buyer. Nagbayad po si buyer sa unang nagdeliver dahil po complete detail at tama ang waybill. Sa makatuwid po yung item po na pinadala ko ay nakuha ni buyer at nabayaran pero hindi po iyon ang pumasok sa system. Sa second rider naman po hindi na tinaggap ni buyer at yun po ang pumasok sa system dahil ang reason po ay seller reject the package in door step. I really need help po dahil 5 digits po ang halaga ng item na yun. Sana po matulungan ninyo ako sa dapat kong gawin. Maraming salamat po sa inyo.
