Good day! I have Seller Free Shipping capped at 50 when the order value reaches 999. There is a program now called "FREE SHIPPING MAX PROGRAM FOR EXCLUSIVE SELLERS". My question is: Can I join this program together with my seller free shipping? If yes which one will apply when customers buy? Or should I deactivate my Seller free shipping and join this program?. What is your recommendation? Thanks

Hello po, I receive po from buyer, requesting to cancel her order. But communicated via Chat, ang problem, naka ship no po yung item - COD. I have already advised her na ang pag cancel po ng order is to execute from her side.
Pwede ko ba i-advise sa seller kung she's really decided to cancel it, to just reject the item pag dating? at magiging negative feedback ba sa store yung ganitong cases (buyer rejecting items)?
