Hello. Can someone help me with bulk uploading error? I keep encountering this error message. I already uploaded the images in MEDIA CENTER, exported the link, removed the hyperlink & pasted it to the excel file. But no matter what I do, same error message appears. Image file size is 700x700, with a total of less than 200 kb. Super liit na ng file. I dont understand why the system won't accept it.
Ive chatted PSC for a week now. Agent keeps closing the case kahit wala pong resolution.
Here is the error message.

Hello mga ka-seller 😊 Question, can we report a buyer? Ano yung mga pro’s and con’s if pwede yun sa account natin? Would it affect my metrics?
Yung customer kasi is claiming na sira sira yung product (may mga basag daw since my products are fragile). The buyer cancelled the order nung ang status is out for delivery na. Now, dumating sakin yung RTS na parcel, so I did an unboxing para may document if basag siya talaga. Pag open ko, wala namang gasgas yung product ko. Buong buo yung item ko. Then I saw the buyer gave me a low rating.
Anong ginagawa nyo sa mga ganung klaseng customer? Penge nga pong tips 😊

I have around 300+ products in my LAZADA store. Upon checking, all are active at may stocks na nakalagay. But I've been getting feedback from customers ko hindi daw sila makapag check out dahil ang nakalagay daw ay out of stock.
May nakakaexperience din po ba ng ganito? What should I do?
Good day to all ka-sellers, ask ko lang po regarding FSM. I am currently joined sa FSM, question ko po is, if buyer purchased and binayaran naman nila ung shipping fee magkakaroon pa din ba ako ng 3% deductions once delivered na po ung items? Kasi pag check ko po sa mga delivered items ko meron ako mga deductions wherein buyer paid the cost of shipping fee? Thank you in advance sa sagot.
